There was a color guide for Super-Giant Spider-Man #1 that was listed on ebay several years back.  As many know, the first few issues of Giant-Size books were going to be 100 page issues and named Super-Giant, before they were pared down to 60 pages.  I used to have an image to that color guide, but it left with  my computer crash of 2014.  

Would love to see it again...

I vote King size too, not sure of the difference though.

I thought King-Size issues were essentially Annuals, while the Giant-Size issues were a new series for each character.  Are there any King-Size issues that aren't annuals?

There are non-BA King-Size one-shots that are not Annuals (King Size Hulk 2008 double-cover issue for example). But I've never seen a BA KS non-annual.
