I’m trying to complete the four issue miniseries of Bram Stoker’s Dracula in CGC 9.8 grade. The only way this will possible currently is to search out raw copies myself to submit for pressing and cleaning. I picked up a lot of seven copies of issue #4 on the cheap off eBay and Lordy were they awful! :whatthe:

These books have been sealed for 30 years, upon opening they appeared worse than the decrepit earth Dracula himself was buried in! :violin:

I need issues 2-4 along with the second printing of issue #1 for my registry set. I sent in issue #2 last September to CCS, hopefully I’ll know its fate in the next few months. As of now there is only one Universal 9.8 of issue #2 in the census and that is a very recent addition! Issue #3 only has two Universal 9.8s, the lone signature series 9.8 sold on eBay last year for over $300, it was signed by Roy Thomas and Mike Mignola. Issue #4 only has one 9.8 and Issue #1 second printing only has a universal 9.4. I’ve got my work cutout for me. The number one place holder for this registry set has #s 3 and 4 in 9.8 and they most likely will not be going anywhere anytime soon, it’s a great set to look at!

The hunt continues! I have a lot of seven issues of #3 on the way from a different eBay seller, we’ll see how those turn out. :wishluck:

This this is like a bad Tender date.

Some of these may have had a shot with a press if not for the damaged corners.

Check the trading card after 30 years of being sealed!
