As of now there is only one Universal 9.8 of issue #2 in the census and that is a very recent addition! Issue #3 only has two Universal 9.8s, the lone signature series 9.8 sold on eBay last year for over $300, it was signed by Roy Thomas and Mike Mignola. Issue #4 only has one 9.8 and Issue #1 second printing only has a universal 9.4. I’ve got my work cutout for me. I have a lot of seven issues of #3 on the way from a different eBay seller, we’ll see how those turn out. This this is like a bad Tender date.
