Chamber of Chills #19 CGC 8.5 sold for over $50k..  Last time an 8.5 sold was just a few months ago for just $25k .  Must be the Halloween season bump

The CB** Tec 33 1.8 sold for $24k.  I've seen this book before from a couple of dealers either online or at a show.  I just know it went below their asking prices back then, which was around 3-4 years ago?  If re-graded by CGC, would probably get a bump down to a 1.5, hence why I passed at that time.

All the pre-Batman Tecs had strong results. The buyer’s of the 7 and 12 got the prizes in my estimation.

$102,000, not $180,000.

Still an enormous chunk of change for a minor BA key, but not quite as enormous.

PCH doesn't seem to be experiencing the same downturn we are seeing in copper, bronze, and silver age. It's a pity for me as I thought this might be a buying opportunity.

This seems low to me. 1 of 2 Purple 9.6's with only 1 9.8 R on the census. Moderate resto sure but considering one of the 4 Blue 9.6's went for 3,600,000 a year ago I'd be pretty satisfied with this purchase. If my math is right the Blue 9.6 went for 68X the price of this one.

Interesting comparison on these 2 lovely 8.5's. The Hit 1 coming so close to the Planet 1. Good for you Hit #1. 

And speaking of hit's the Promise Tec's 58, 62 and 76 each took a little one since their original sales. 44,400, 30k, and 10,800 respectively.

Silver Age took a bath with this session. All Spidey's were down. Some that went up like GL1 and Showcase 34 aren't the usual suspects. Tec 371 in 9.8 went for $3960.00 from a previous $15,600.00. Ouch. Even Planets are down. But GA is strong and PCH. So far the big winner is CoC 19. Doubled its result from a few months ago. That will save this auction.

The auctioneer couldn't even bring herself to say Teen-Age Dope Slaves when the time came. She was aghast.
