Rick2you2
Just out of curiosity, have any funds been distributed to comic stores? Based on the news, it sounds like we are over the Coronavirus hump, and stores may start opening at a growing rate. If they survive that long, the stores won’t need the money as much later. I'm sure many can use all the help they can get, irrespective of timing. Thin margins to begin with. aardvark88

I was under the impression that retail prices were roughly double the wholesale price. Later, timing may be too late. exitmusicblue

You can look them all up on eBay, just look for his sold listings. It went for $14.4k

States are beginning to allow stores to open up, and there is pressure to open more stores. In another month, at least outside some spots like the Northeast and California, I think you will see a lot of activity. More broadly, I do think we are over the Coronavirus hump. Our medical system was able to contain the worst of it without the medical system's collapse. That was the original fear. Yes, there will be more deaths and infections, but they will continue to decline unless people get really stupid.

Word, I'd always preferred his past style, but his Death just blew me away. Sold price reflects it, too.
Noob19
I think you mean Art Adams' (which was great) but I'm referring to Lee's. Both are awesome. I'd probably give my left arm to have them both framed and up on my wall... J.Sid
Both artists knocked them out of the park. Death is a character that is surprisingly easy to get "wrong" in terms of the tone of the character/piece

joefixit2
Love that Death Lee piece. Still trying to figure out why Frank Miller picked Ronin for his piece. Twanj

Miller did not pick Ronin, the fans did. Before an artist draws his piece, the subject is chosen by vote on Jim's Instagram post. exitmusicblue and Twanj

Popular Post stinkininkin
Here is the piece I drew for Jim's sketch charity (don't know why it looks a little fuzzy here). I had just re-read the Frank Miller Wolverine mini series, so I had Ninjas on the brain! Bid high and bid often on ebay at chunkymonkey0000 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Wolverine-X-men-Logan-Vs-Ninjas-Marvel-Comics-Original-Art-Sketch-SCOTT-WILLIAMS/202984170949?hash=item2f42cca5c5:g:iNoAAOSwvppes1YD Edited May 7, 2020 by stinkininkin Twanj, Andahaion, Blastaar and 10 others 11
