I honestly think they need to scale back the amount of signings they are doing. I think they have way too many going on and that's why the quality control, missed signatures, wrong books being sent back, damaged books etc keeps going up. Too many going on at the same time, putting extremely high profile people together in a group etc. 

My wish list is they'd scale it back and focus on the quality present at each of the signings.
