What is the worst case of Newton Rings you've ever seen?

I just saw this book on eBay. 

Beautiful CGC 8.0 book....but man....they really fuglied it up.

I watched slabs glitter in the Newton Rings near the Tannhäuser Gate.

All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

I'm surprised the seller doesn't mention the rings, they probably keep prospective buyers from buying.

You're probably right.  Would be better to address them in the listing for those that might assume they're defects on the book.

Made me wonder if listed for fmv with those, I mean some buyers may have asked for discount or partial refund...

Cgc owes the apology to whoever owns that book, what a visual atrocity. Their business model is supposed to promote visual enhancement of the encapsulated book not make it an eyesore.
