Its been a while when the turnaround times when I submitted for standard was 20 Business days.

I was also charged as soon as my cards are received. Unfortunately the turn around time increased on standard from 20 to 25 working days while they had my cards :-(. Today is day 25 and my submission still reads received... so I’m thinking they are getting swamped now, especially with PSA and BGS running almost 6 months on some tiers.

I would give them a call. That is way longer than any I have seen and there has to be something wrong with your order somewhere.

Economy Sub: 12/4 "Received" Still today 1/25 "Received"...Being charged at the beginning yet turnaround times being drastically increased during it really is a tough pill to swallow.

My economy sub was received 12/3 and is still at received.

Sent in 10 Pokemon cards to be graded that were received 12/4/2020. I used the TCG-Economy service with 30 days turnaround when I sent them in, now it has been moved to 45 days turnaround, and status still says received. Hoping to get an update soon!

12/11 Received 2/3 (Still on Received for bulk)  It was a 30 day turnaround when I sent it in bumped up to a 60 day. I am starting to feel like it was bait (they grade cards super fast/cheap then jack up times / prices
