Most of mine came back 9.8 as well but only after I taught him how to pack....I was the first to bring him to the boards. Even with that teaching he still packed poorly and sent the books to me after countless messages saying to send to CGC. He has since screwed over several people I know personally and fellow board members. He still owes me money and books. He is not to be trusted and would never recommend him to any board member or fellow collector.
