It's only libel or slander if it isn't true.

Everything I posted in the first post is 100 percent factual.

I have screen grabs for all of the conversations as well as the phone log.

And for my information on the Probation List nomination he started.....I saw it as soon as he posted it and followed it until it was finally locked and then hidden/deleted.

If I had seen your thread I would have responded.  Tony values his reputation and it's a good one.  We've done deals many times.

Unfortunately threads have a life of their own.  Controversial threads garner responses and those responses keep the thread and the top of the que and keep generating more responses.  That's why the tabloids don't talk about canning artichokes.

I suppose.  All I know is that I have screen grabs for everything except the Probation List nomination.....and I watched that happen live.

Sky has also said the thread was not deleted....it was only hidden......so Dylan can't deny starting it.
