That's pretty upsetting for people paying more or are waiting for submissions submitted months ago. That doesn't go in hand with their "first in first out" motto.

anyone know how long the Quality Control/Finalized stage lasts for standard? Im expected around a week.

@PaulS. can we get an update on what is going on with all of these new Economy orders getting finalized before the 4 + month older Economy and Bulk orders from February?

In the beginning of CGC Cards, Bulk and Economy were treated the same and had the same turnaround time. Once the turnaround times began to increase, especially on bulk, we began to keep Economy separate as it has a much quicker turnaround. The team went back through the older bulk to pull out Economy submissions to help them catch up, but I would not be surprised if a few were missed.

My BULK from the same date (2/12) was returned a month ago, but my economy is still stuck.  We'll need a better explanation than that.

Mine too. I’ve had my bulk from my the same submission as my economy for almost 2 months now.

All of mine have been accordion cardboard with no protection...  I'd gladly take styrofoam

Yeah me too.... I already had to send one slab back to CGC for a labeling error. It's been a month now just sitting in scheduled for grading.... God for bid I get damaged slabs due cheap packing when shipping is over priced already....what BS
