Not only comics and paper but old toys, advertising, sports and other “Americana”. My wife is an antique dealer so a lot of that too. 

Have a lot of real estate connections and have gotton into a lot of old packed houses and garages over the years.

Yeah, a lot like American Pickers. A dirty job but had paid off in spades…
