I believe I used to own that copy. Came out of a large collection from AZ all 3 hole punched. I upgraded and passed it out into the wild. The books were so beautiful that I never minded the holes at all. Best cover in the run!

Absolutely. I think this cover in particular captures the mood perfectly. He always laid out his covers with Class above all. Oozing it in fact. The tasteful presentation stands the test of time. Even though the fashion and hairstyles depicted are long in the past, the cover is still extremely elegant and dare I say relevant. The true test of art. 

 

I'd say Bill Woggon was up there too. Great stuff!
