It promises quicker tat by December.

Likening it to the quick tat some received as modern with a week tat.

Yes the title is senseless in a way,

But I DO PLAN TO HOLD THEM TO IT!!

This is my favorite line. As if anyone had any choice but to be patient. Its not like you can ask them to just return your books.

We are grateful for the support and patience of the thousands of submitters who have entrusted CGC with their comics

Ya lol

I was trying to half way jok but didnt organize it well

They tell us by Christmas or December that these tat will be up and running, even comparing it to weeks tat that people received.

While in the one hand thanking us for patience, which we "did not have to do", when we had no choice.

It's like our patience went into costanzas charity, I just hope it's not taken for granted and they are held to their word.

As nice as it "sound!s"

Personally, I would rather just keep on buying encapsulated books instead of waiting for them to arrive at 11 months later, and with quality control issues.

That's what I have been doing. Let's see; Wait a year for 1 book to finally get graded and shipped to me or buy 20 already graded and get them in 1 month. Geeee. What SHOULD I do?

My apologies to any Wal-Mart workers, as many of you are conscientious, helpful, and competent in your job. But, as we all know, Wal-Mart hires people that would not be considered to be "the cream of the crop."

Right side of the mouth giveth, the left side taketh away. Know who also isn't "the cream of the crop"? The customers in any retail setting. :(

It says they hope to have all subs on the optimized workflow process by December. That just means getting them opened. It doesn’t say TATs will go down by then and certainly doesn’t say to a week. I’d prefer they addressed new processes to make sure books aren’t damaged in their possession.

When do they go back to the single pronged approach? How many prongs are required before you can claim multiprong efficiency?

Where is that pitchfork emoji?!?!

Clearing the package backlog is the first step to improving turnaround times

Is it? Have the graders been sitting around with nothing to do because they haven't opened enough packages?

Spoiler

Narrator: No.

Ok they're saying they will wphave it to the same "optimized workflow as that of a weeks tst"

But what does that even mean?

Some customers have noticed that select submissions have been completed faster than CGC’s posted turnaround times. These submissions were put through the optimized workflow and, by December 2021, all operations will have fully transitioned to the optimized workflow. CGC
