Well, last week I outbid a bunch of poor souls on ebay and now it's in my grubby hands. So, I'm so happy I probably don't need to buy another book for the rest of the year. V8#2 was the 2nd Powell Shadow that I bought, maybe 10 years ago. From then on, when I could find decent copies I liked I picked them up. I have 11 of them now, with 3 to go. I don't have many from the run, but it was love at first sight on this one that I'd have to call my favorite, don't know who the cover artist is though. Glad you finally got a nice one. Looks purty. I was eyeballing it as an upgrade but know it meant a lot more to you than me. So many iconic Shadow covers (especially the Powell ones).
