Is that how I should be reading this because that is how I am reading this.

Someone did not do their job properly. The inner well (if that is the problem) looks like it was not sealed completely, allowing the book to dance round in the outer case causing the damage you see.

It’s both sad & depressing that my reaction to this is anything other than  “:whatthe:“.  I know it’s not commonplace....but it’s starting to feel that way.:frown:

Why did CGC hire young inexperienced people working in Encapsulation room in a first place?   Otherwise, CGC should suspend the submission for a time being but they decided to keep going and increase the prices. Nonsense! CGC has paid the price.
