X-Men 1 did have its moment during the boom a couple of years ago. Even a year ago I was still getting $50-60 for NM sets, which may not sound like much, but considering I only paid 50 cents to a buck for most of the books, it was a pretty nice payday. I actually ran through my supply, and haven't been able to replace them at the same price.

If I remember right, Dylan sold off his books but went into real estate.  But I saw on FB a couple of days ago he was buying collections again.
