Because I was curious, scanned the back of my 9.8 and no grader notes. Wondered if there would be anything about the Acetate or staples etc. sorry can’t offer anything on that front.

As for the rest... this is just a remarque.  Imagine marvel going after every remarque anyone ever draws on their books. 

A remarque is not mass produced and marketed as an exclusive without clarification it has no association with the publisher.. It is so certified in a manner that everyone knows it is not associated with the publisher 

 

Your comments regarding nudity vs USA completely missed the point that the copyright holder has legal right to control how their product is represented in marketplace

Huh? The Stray Dogs variant is legit though, not a bootleg. We aren't really pointing at CGC. It's more like they tried to let out a fart in class, except it ended up being loud and now we're all akwardly staring at them.

Yeah, the stray dogs book was part of the discussion.  It was stated that it was legit.
