Your welcome @jlouque. It's good to see that all of the books arrived safely. I wasn't exactly sure what books might fit your taste the best so I included something of a variety, well except for two issues of The Son of Satan.

I’d say I was amazed at the generosity of my fellow board members, but that ship has long since sailed… but I still very much appreciate and admire it!

For those who have friends on this forum who don’t join in the gift exchange (or the raffle for that matter) please just point them to the two discussion threads and ask them to check them out… I can’t imagine spending any time perusing all the generosity, fun and just general camaraderie in both won’t induce more people to to participate in the future! 

And yes, I know there are some people who don’t really participate — no photos, don’t thank their SS, etc — but they are in the small minority, and they shouldn’t take away from the event. I mean, even when some people go so far as to not send a gift as instructed…other board members step up and send a second gift without hesitation. That’s how great this place is.

I'm not home, but I want to send a shoutout to @wombat for sending me a nice selection of some mighty fine books.  In addition, he even included a $50 Starbucks gift card which my wife immediately snatched up.

Thanks to all of you for helping make 2022 another great year her on the boards.

I'm still watching a couple of late deliveries, but I have no doubt that everything will eventually make it to where it is supposed to be.

A special shout-out to @The Sledder for doing an absolutely fabulous job on the 2022 Raffle, and another special shout-out to our old friend @HolidayHam for allowing me, many years ago, to take the lead on organizing this great CGC Chat Board tradition.

Seems fun here i might just try it next time,always restrained myself because the mysterie gift might not be in the taste of the one receiving it,since i mostley give things that i like lol,might adjust myself and try it next time seems fun

A bit late coming back to the thread, but I've been away for a while so I wasn't able to open my gift until earlier this week. I didn't see anything in it that indicated who Boardie name-wise sent it, so I can't direct a shout-out (though maybe I missed something somewhere on it?), but thanks to whoever it was!
