This round is closed.  I want to thank everyone who posted kind words in our PM and in the threads.  That really makes my day.    The reveal is coming up in a few, followed by the graders notes.  The results thread should be posted around 8:00 PM tomorrow.  If I have made a mistake, please speak up so I can make it right.   If there is a tie, I will post how we will be determining the winners.  I do appreciate the fact that the vast majority of participants played on to the end.  That means a lot to me.  The Summer edition signup will around July 1st.  Now, for the moment of truth!

Damn, the Wow comics is IDK man. I need to understand the deductions for certain defects better, I called it a 3.5.. Otherwise .2 off on X-Men and the rest Bullseyes

To the bitter end. I'm out surely. The Wow looks much better in the case and I was afraid it would come in higher than it looked to me. I don't see how the Action Comics came in higher than the other low grade books from rounds 1-3. This seems like a very charitable 4.0. I at least spent a lot of time fretting about the Avengers b/c shadows are apparently treated more leniently than their appearance. It at least falls in the range the book says is allowed for shadows.
