And lots of fiction digests from the Atlas era. pmpknface, comicjack, lbcolefan and 6 others 8

I think those are pretty cool, but they must have been something of an oddity for the mid-70s to be cancelled after just two issues. Popular Post Surfing Alien
I like No. 2 better for obvious reasons, picked this blazer up from Teri at the L.A. Paperback show. I too had never seen these and had to have it. A couple of nice 1940's skull covers. I've been picking up 1940's skull cover digests for years now cause "you don't need a weather man to know which way the wind blows" ... Popular Post Darwination
Island Ecstasy - Amos Hatter (1952.Cameo Books 318) cover I'm unsure of the artist here, but the work is adorable and looks familiar. Amos Hatter in the other hand is a mystery. Real name James W. Lumpp (?) and also using pseudonyms James W. Lampp, Ben West, Frederic Spencer, Homer Hatten, Anne Farrington, William Vaneer and Delmar Kingsland. He's responsible for many of the madcap titles seen across the digest and paperback threads like Untamed Woman, Love Cult, Waterfront Girl, No Time for Sleep, Loves of a Girl Wrestler, Girl of the Midway, Backroad Motel, Secrets of a Co-Ed and other literary classics jimjum12, lbcolefan, Pat Calhoun and 5 others

Popular Post johnenock
I did not buy this one for the cover! I have a new side quest. All first publication digests of Nebula and Hugo winners. This one has one of my all-time favorite short stories. Pat Calhoun, lbcolefan, Randall Dowling and 4 others
Popular Post Hap Hazard
Early Sci Fi Digest fanzine Interesting edition with the contributors staying in the pulp and comic field. The most interesting of course the article about REH's passing. Pat Calhoun, Sarg, Darwination and 5 others 7

Darwination
My modem is down and likely dead, RIP, but I think I can manage with a USB cord and a data connection >< I've meant to share these at the comics museums once I tracked down the final St. John digest I haven't had access to, 5 through 7 all via Saskia for the Manhunts in the pulp scans group. The ID on a couple of these aren't rock solid, but most are 100% I'm on a GD phone so I'll keep it brief and likely break them up so the posts go through #5 Edited June 4 by Darwination Yorick and pmpknface

Darwination
Gunsmoke #1 There's another possible one or two in the Gunsmoke. If there's no girl, I have a much harder time with the ID The whole issue is on my Internet Archive shelf, nice early Elmore Leonard story within. Darwination
Fwiw, and you know this, Baker ID is tricky. There's places where he's unidentified as well places he's misidentified (looking at you CGC, Overstreet, GCD). I'm not giving up some of my secrets until scanners get hands on
