It will be viewable by everyone (via a google doc link) but only have edit permissions to a couple people. Once a prize is selected sledder can place an "x" in the cell which will highlight in red the entire row showing it is no longer available. The selected by box can either be entered manually or a name selected from a drop down menu. I cobbled this together in about 5min and will polish it as the year progresses (using this past years items as a test); once fully created it can be used over and over again without any problems.
