Shrug.   The re-holdered book was for sale on Shortboxed a couple of weeks ago (when all of this started).  I emailed Shortboxed and let them know there might be an issue with it.  They emailed me back saying the were going to contact the seller and inform them about this thread and event.

Haven't checked if its been removed or not.

Editted:  I just checked, I don't see it posted on Shortboxed anymore.
