Disappointment with my first submission

So I'm kind of disappointed, I picked up an already graded copy of Captain Marvel Adventures 78, decided to resubmit it, my main reasoning was to finally get Mister Atom a 1st appearance listing labeled on the book, I wrote two separate notes ( one on the invoice and one taped to the book)  requesting this I then talked to a kindly representative a few weeks in and asked if the first appearance could be noted, I  just got the book back today and it still says nothing, Im very disappointed that typing "1st appearance of Mister Atom" into a computer was beyond the $100 dollars I spent on this service.

I've spoken with them many times about this, but they refuse to stop doing it. I'm pretty sure I know why ... :dollars:

Had to check out who Mister Atom is. Curious as to why this character matters so much to you?

Hi

I am sorry this has happened to you.  It should have been noted Origin of Mr Atom as shown in the screenshot below.  This can be sent back to us as a mechanical error with label defect being the reason.  If you fill out a submission form, select mechanical error as a label defect Be sure to put a reason (missing "Origin of Mr Atom).  After you fill out the form, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you through our website. (not be e-mail)  Also, write ME in multiple places on the outside of the box.  We will correct this, and ship it back to you at no charge.  If you need further assistance with this, just let me know.

Regarding the total amount due slip.  We do not ship out submissions with a balance due.

He is a Japanese Super Robot in an American comic book from 1947, I'm fascinated by this, compare him to Gigantor or Pluto from Astroboy he looks like there long last brother, also the battle he has with Captain Marvel in his first appearance is OIP(3).jpeg.81de7470b07aa7c24c94a79e1fbcae12.jpegepic, him and the Big Red Cheese do the Superman Doomsday punch from Death of Superman on each other.

Origin & First appearance are in the same book (Page #2 & Page #3)

Ok.  Do you guys think the census should list Origin and first appearance of Mister Atom?  If so, I can ask our database specialist to change this.

Yes.

I feel like Fawcett comics in general needs an overhaul when it comes to the 1st appearance listings in your database, examples issue 80 is the 1st appearance of the Surrealist Dimension and issue 84 is the 1st appearance of the Surrealist Imp. I know Black Adam is popular in modern days but he was nobody character that just happened to appear in a 1st issue, there are a lot of characters that made more of an impact then him back in the day that aren't even mentioned on your census.

Ok, I can ask the census be changed.  Does your slab list the origin of Mister Atom?
