RobHW
Rough shape, but presents really well from the front which is what this book is all about. Rich colors. Nice centering. Complete. The writing on the back is obvious. The HOR in THOR has writing inside. It looks like glue has been slightly applied to the top staple. Am I right in thinking this book would still make the blue label? Half-inch spine splits at both top and bottom. Thanks for your feedback. I'll reveal my own thoughts about the grade in the coming days. Front Reverse Front interior cover Reverse interior cover Centerfold and staples Centerfold top staple close-up. Centerfold bottom staple close-up. Close-up of top staple at interior of front cover. Glue dab? Evidence of glue dab at top staple? From an early page in the book before the centerfold. RobHW
Thanks to everyone who provided their opinions. It is much appreciated. I had this as a 2.5 possibly a 3.0, but if I were a buyer I'd want to see it called 2.5. Definitely better than a 2.0 given how well it presents, it's complete, and the spine does not have major problems. I'm glad to see I'm in the ballpark with others. silverseeker
Put me in the 2.5 camp as well...it's hard to tell if the stain on the top staple is a dab of glue or just some rust transfer/staining. Did you ever find the nasty word? I think the added comments are hilarious!

timfinz
3.0 IMHO The combination of defects adds up on this book. The front cover presents nicely however the edges, spine and corners detract from the nice appearance. Thanks for posting! RobHW
