What GA run have you completed recently?

Ok on my quest to complete a run of Paratrooper covers I did a lot of searching online. For all of you interested I will list comics that have "paratrooper" covers. Some are GA some SA and Bronze.

There are more Sgt. Fury 'chute covers than that!

It's a task to even find a USA 7.It very well may be in the top 20 classic GA covers.Just put aside 20 dollars a week and by the time you find one you should have a sizeable chunk saved.GOD BLESS...

Oh I forgot about the Action #2 I will eventually have to find. Maybe I can find that in some garage sale or something. Anyone feel up for some charity? 893crossfingers-thumb.gif

 

Tery-Toons 1 from Timely may be my favorite paratrooper cover. I could picture it right away but couldn't remember it exactly. Not as expensive as Action Comics 2, but I've heard that it's harder to find.

 

In case it's not obvious, I like "themed cover" hunts.

Ok my Photo Journal Guide to Comics finally arrived. Now I have been looking through both books for Paratrooper covers from the golden age, there are a lot more than I thought. I'll make a list when I have looked through all books, I'm on S now. So far I think my "grail" for this collection is going to be Action Comics #2. Anybody have one for sale?

Doc Savage Comics #4 & Silver Streak Comics #18 & 19 are paratrooper covers.
