buttock
Daredevil without hesitation. The Bat 1 has no appeal for a 6.5, and I'd be happier with a decent appearing lower grade copy. The DD is one of the classic books of the GA - despite not having an iconic hero. That book is SO cool on the interior...
Timely
Both sold for approx. $41,000 in 2007. Which one would you choose, and why ? DD #1 for me. why? White pages! Hitler cover! Claw appearance! 9.4! Edgar Church MH Copy! Highest graded copy! All heroes in the book battle Hitler in each story! Claw battles Hitler! mr.schomburg
Cap 1, He is my favorite character, I have a real nice SP 7.0 which has similar eye appeal, but an unrestored VF Cap 1 would be, well the pride of my collection. Its also a first appearance of a major player, I believe on par with Batman 1, so it really is about the better cover and better character for me personally. Also the sale of my current Cap 1 would buy some very nice books, maybe a nice down on a restored MC #1...ahhhh to dream! Someday if mortgages start rolling again, maybe I could swing it...
