Hmm, that book looks very familiar....

hm

I think I have half of your books now. If I can just get my hands on your 137 and 139.

I am very happy they went to a good home!

Here is another that I have not posted. Back in the 70s, this was the first 12 cent book I ever owned. It was a rag but for a 12 year old, it was a prized possesion. It ranked right up there with my George Brett and Pete Rose rookie cards.

The scan is pretty dark as well. The purples really jump off the cover.

Although that samarai sword must be pretty dull if you could suspend a 180 lb man by his clothes. It certainly is not as sharp as Kevin Costner's sword in the Bodyguard.

Was that also my 9.6?

I bought it last Oct. for 325.00. I thought that was pretty fair for a 9.6 pedigree. There is a white paged 9.8 out there that sold for 837.00 on Heritage last August. I am happy with my PC.

Actually my Favorite hero Is Superman, but Flash is a close second.

I just loved the cross over with the golden age characters. Thye were my favorite as a kid and I have always tried to collect those issues.

I think the showcase 13 was the hardest one to get.

the 123 was one of my first mini grails. I was thrilled to get my first copy in trade 20+ years ago when I was doing shows.

The 13 does seem like it comes up less often, but 14 is my favorite cover of the four....by far.

Flash 106 is my fave SA DC cover !! I noticed someone was looking for one today advertised on their posts in 9.0. Could be a long wait...
