It came from a collector who stopped collecting in 2006, he had purchased an original owner collection of Batman books and had them graded, this was one of the books I bought along with a few others but nothing as significant as the Tec 31. I still paid aggressively, but it did get a significant bump in grade so extremely happy for what I paid. Really is a sharp looking copy.
