Front Cover- corners aren't as tight as they could be, creasing in the upper right edge, one or two slight spine stresses, and a little discoloration.

 

Back Cover- I'm assuming that's just regular tanning on the upper left edge, discoloration, and maybe one or two spine stresses, and the tear.

 

Overall, my guess would probably be 7.0 to be safe, maybe as high as 8.0. Nice looking book on the whole.

No I have yet to cgc a book I own. I forgot I even posted this in the pgm thread since I didn't see a response in a long time. All my slbs were bought that way.
