Hello! This is an excellent question! Currently, the membership credits can only be used towards your main collecting interest that you chose when you signed up for the account. This means it can only be used towards either CSG or CGC, not both.

I looked up your account and confirmed your primary collecting interest right now is set to Sports Cards, if you were to upgrade the $150 credits would only be able to be used towards sports card submissions. Thank you.

Hello! Yes, you are correct and the Green labeled 9.5 Gem Mint are now considered 10 Gem Mint cards. If reholdered, then they will receive the new label along with the new grade.

Yes, with a Reholder we do not regrade the book unless the unlikely occurrence of damage happening when cracking out the book from its slab.

Hello! We are so happy to hear that you decided to submit with us. Once the signing event has taken place it will take up to 8 weeks for the Pressing and Grading services to happen. When the submission is finalized, you will get an email letting you know the package is on its way back to you. 

Hello! At this time, we do not release Grader's notes for sports cards or trading cards. Although we cannot advise on why your card received the grade that it did, we can assure you that it was reviewed by multiple professionals before the final grade was agreed upon. This ensures that the most accurate grades are given. Thank you. 

Hello! When the Error card option is selected, we will review the card for all CGC-recognized Errors. If your card did not receive this designation, it was most likely due to an error not yet recognized by CGC or it was too subtle to be identified. Thank you. 

Hello! We are accepting all standard-sized Pokémon trading card game cards at this time. If you cannot locate the card in the system, then you may select the "I Can't Find My Card" feature from the drop-down and manually enter the card.  

Hello! If you are seeing this in your submission tracking feature it most likely means that the cards are not in our database yet and we have to do more research to enter them into our system. This happens frequently with newer databases.

I apologize for our delayed response. We send everything FedEx international unless otherwise requested by the customer. We always use the declared value of the cards for insurance purposes. I hope this helps!

Hello! Redfoxdutchman is correct and the price already includes the 20% discount. The normal pricing mirrors the CGC Trading Cards pricing and bulk is usually $15 per card. With the discount, it comes out to $12 per card.

Hello! Due to the extreme clarity of the holders, a small number of scuffs and scratches are considered acceptable as long as it doesn't distract from the collectible. However, if you feel like these distract from the collectible, then you may complete a Mechanical Error submission form.

Hello! It is hard to tell from the photo provided where the damage is. Can you possibly clarify this? 

Hello! Yes, sometimes we do have to put the cards in sleeves before encapsulation. This is due to the card being slightly too small to fit in the holders, so we add the sleeves to prevent movement that may damage the cards.
