  1. Hello, there is no way to edit a submission form once it has been completed. You may handwrite the label number you are requesting on the packing slip before mailing it in and we will try to honor the request as best as possible.   2. Hello, There is no way to cancel or revise an older packing slip. We do not charge you for submissions that are not received at our facility. This means you can create a new submission and the old one will not be charged.
  3. Hello @northkorea the 14-day window has always been a part of the Mechanical Error policy and is the same for all companies under CCG. This includes CGC, CSG, NGC, etc.

  5. Hello, we are aware of the Population report not registering the newer cards and this has to do with the newer system updates. These cards will be added to the Census soon. We can assure you that they are not being missed as they do get registered based on our database compiled from the cards that have been graded in our system. So the cards that have been graded will automatically be integrated into the population report. I am sorry but I will not be able to answer any Registry questions in this forum for you. You may want to reach out directly to them in the CSG Registry Forum.

  7. Hello, CGC/CSG does not necessarily clean the cards but does have microfibre cloths available for wiping residual dust particles and debris. This does not guarantee that all foreign substances, especially fingerprints, will be removed and we suggest that you wipe your cards yourself before sending them in.
  8. Hello, once delivered it can take 10-20 days for the intake process to occur and the submission to be received into the system. This depends on the number of other submissions being received at the time. With the recent holiday, our office was closed on July 3rd and 4th, it may take a bit longer.

  11. Hello, do you happen to have the tracking number available? You can check to be sure this has arrived at our warehouse on our main webpage at the bottom of the page. Once received it can take up to 20 days to go through the intake process and be entered into the system. This depends greatly on the number of submissions being received at the time of delivery. With the recent holiday, you can expect some additional delays.

  16. Hello, there is always a possibility of cards being damaged when being removed from a holder, although it is slim when done by a trained professional. The holders are designed to be tamper resistant and difficult to open on purpose. Perfect 10 cards are not recommended to be reholdered as they are being retired, not removed. They are still being counted in the Population reports, they are just not assigning NEW perfect 10 grades moving forward. This means the ones that you already have will be even more rare in the future.

The grader notes are not required nor a guaranteed part of the grading service. Since no notes were taken by the grading team, there is no further information we can provide to you regarding the grade of your item. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  20. Hello, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, I am not able to tell if that mark is the stain they are referring to in the Grader's notes at this time. Remember that oftentimes notes may not be entirely comprehensive or give a 100% accurate description of the defects. Please keep this in mind and refrain from basing your judgment with our grading standards and procedures, solely on the Grader's Notes that are provided.
