  1. So your major clue was that little green thing that at first looked like an artillery (though fuzzy) machine? I was going back and forth on whether it was a bench, but could swear there was a rod like nozzle with holes, that looked like a type of gun nozzle. What is that thing the image is inside? is it a gazebo or lighthouse (I started seeing hallucinatory images of bicycles in the iron bolts on top, and or numbers in the concrete like 183 something, so I thought that was a clue to the year). Is there any other images of that artillery related to his post? I'd love to see a different perspective. I think I spent way too much time looking for tiny embedded clues in the images. I should have spent more time thinking about the verbal and non image based clues (like red/blue). Still really impressed how you guys narrowed in on things. BTW. I find it fascinating you tour places on google maps. I could see getting lost in that. I never even knew you could go inside a lighthouse from there.
  2. Thanks for posting. Looking at the prices, I almost thought they were gauging -- then, I saw various dealers all had sky high prices. 100 to 500+ to buy a minor key now, what was maybe 20 dollars a decade a go. I'm sure glad I cleaned up then. Haven't looked much at prices in a few years. Like others, kicking myself, for so many I passed on over the years. Then again, who knew we would be in a 20 year inflationary FED fueled mega boom, that hasn't ended yet (that and comics in movies exploding).
  3. Brilliant deductions, Flee! What threw me is how you all got Shoeburryness. I saw and searched mudflats and I was looking at the savannah in africa, thinking those were zebras on the horizon. Or there was another site that had 'meeting of the mind' for wildlife preservation. That and thinking I was inside a lighthouse or some concrete and cast iron gazebo on a beach. I couldn't really see that object on bottom right sharp enough, to denote a military machine. I should have also payed more attention to the extra (CLUE) colors -- I started looking at the pink color of the eye capsule, thinking it might denote number and borough. Anyways, thanks for the breakdown, very impressive.
  4. Flee. Fantastic job. Could you help me to understand how the clues guided you? I'm still really lost at how they all connect to the end. I wouldn't have even gotten it with your final picture (would have chased down famous tombs in london).
  5. Put down your phone and open your mind... source of thames? Don't get it. I'm guessing some inside knowledge of SOT, is helpful. I never even heard of it until now. Last night I was searching lighthouses all night looking for monarch (follow me= leader .woman or man so not just queen or king but monarch) lighthouses ... only 10k more to go LOL. And you can't even look through most lighthouses. Where was the first clue taken? I looked at eye of london, and they said 30 capsules were named after burroughs. Was looking everywhere for the number on the capsule. Seriously, major hats off to flee. I was way off. Love to see other wild gooses chases. Thanks to domo. Please do elaborate on what the clues meant.
  6. I sure as heck would like to know what the heck the clues meant. The Eye one narrowed it down to London and a thousands other sub places, but the rest? no idea (well, a million other ideas like the inside of a lighthouse -- just not the ones you intended).
  7. Is that you waiting for the answer, or us waiting for the next clue. Found a lot of needles, now just need the right haystack.
  8. Funny about the LOST image. My first thought was tropical. Raiateea, Gaugan gardens where the famed lestipoku wide range plant species resides (from the right image). Just kidding.
  9. One other thought. It's possible one poster could post an image at a slight offset (few feet, angles, block. etc) to the original position, but clearly show the location. While another poster could refine it in a few seconds/minutes (closer to the exact position). The first should get it, since they found the place. But again, you are the master arbitrator. Just something to think about.
  10. Enjoying this so far. I never got into the comic at all, but see the parallels to the walking dead. Even music, intro, etc... looks like it came from the same directors from WD.
  11. Here's a good one with two points. Very early in his Marvel career, this giant was later teased by John Buscema and John Romita Sr. for a boo boo he made. Who knows the artist and the mistake? Took me a while to see it.
  12. The Tales to Astonish is the first Abomination. =) And he is in the recent MCU on top of the old. I remember years ago, a LCS had a sale like 25% off. I spent hours going through bins, and found a comic at the right price worth buying. I get to the counter and the young clerk pulls out overstreet and lifts the price - he goes that old price isn't accurate. Really peeved me. Even worse, the owner wasn't around. For all I know, he pocketed the difference.
  13. Looking back at what happened, Neo chose the 6th iteration differently, and went to the source rather than back to the matrix. He created a truce so humans and machines could continue to exist rather than rebooting the matrix. The architect promised to the oracle and Neo that they would all be freed, and she was leery of him lying, to which he replied, something like how could I lie, I am a machine. So in the trailer, we can see Trinity is still trapped in the matrix and not freed. Time has elapsed unlike the other 5 iterations. So it makes sense Trinity is older and Neo is older; he went back on the truce to free her, because the architect re-negged. The glitch and unbalanced equation still exist, and perhaps Neo needs to restore his own memory to pursue his goal of freeing Trinity and the others. Prior iterations had Neo, Trinity, and others completely reset to same age and all. This iteration was different, and continued the program rather than rebooting. Age and time are different here.
  14. I originally thought it would be a dud, because most of the movies that came out during Covid or on hbo, were pretty much that. And I agree that 2 and 3 were not as great as 1. The trailer changed my mind (in a good way). And I for one, would expect that a good sequel would reference or homage prior installments.
  15. https://www.amazon.com/Marvel-Thor-Legends-6-inch-Loki/dp/B06XWPZRXT/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=legends+loki&qid=1631589341&sr=8-4
  16. It is also conceivable that the image can change from now until the end. I've seen google maps of my street, parked cars, and trees, etc... change over time.
  17. I'm in. Two questions for clarification 1) If someone posts very early from a clue, and it's a wrong image, are they disqualified or penalized? Or can they do this over and over. 2) Can posters make attempts along the way (starting with 1st clue), or is there some point at which everyone is allowed to make guesses.
  18. I find myself watching this over and over. Haven't had that effect in a while. And it keeps getting better. And yet, it still divulges nothing but insane action and mystery. Same way Morpheus is a younger avatar of himself, the Alice in wonderland lady is an avatar of the Oracle. Someone also pointed out the rubber ducky is a coding debug method. Maybe I'm biased, but, best trailer I've seen in a long time.
  19. It is an alias of Morpheus! I speculated that yesterday. This looks great!
  20. It would be great if I could even hear them say it. And he's the jfpoaifjkd nlasnflajsdnfaljsdfn the prince of the sea!
