6.5 seems about right. The photos make the flaws kinda hard to see, but there is a fair amount of creasing and some edge wear.
I agree with this, 6.5-7.0 in current shape. Not sure if all the pictures catch every defect.

6.5 because of the back. Still better than my copy I’m pretty sure…
-
6.0-6.5 as is.

I think this one is is better shape than the one I own…
8.0-8.5

How big is the chip? Without the dimensions, we can’t fairly give a grade.

8.0 as it sits in my opinion. Silver age book in good condition!

#27 is 1st printing.
#89 is a reprint.
Both have same stories.
FYI, 3.5 for this copy if both cover and centerfold are firmly attached at both staples.

The worst features I'm seeing are the deeply impacted top left corner (front; top right back) and the two 1/4" tears. It's got a slight miswrap/spine roll, light spine ticking, and a little edge soiling.
I think you'd see books like this advertised as "F/VF" pretty frequently; I don't think anyone could be mad at you if you called it a 6.5.
+1
I agree with the 6.5. However, to me the right side of cover looks weird as well for some reason.

I have seen this before on other comics, I’m 99% sure it is a printing error. With that in mind:
As it sits 8.5
After C&P, 9.0

Well I guess a lot of people want this in a 9.0 or better. What do you think the market for this book would be if it came back 7.0? How high would it have to be for you to be satisfied with your initial investment.. having it in your collection or selling it.
I was originally planning on selling it but with that back, I might as well just keep it unslabbed for the time being

I think the front is a 4.0 but man that back is like a 1.5. So, split the difference at 3.0 I think?

The comic has shipped! Should I wait until I have it in hand to post the grade? Pressing helped it out quite a bit I think!
Post when in hand I say.

I wanna sneak a grade in here before you publish it and say 6.0 leaning toward 6.5.
-
As tough as this sounds, I gotta say 7.5. That white streak in the back of the cover stands out like a sore thumb. If you could prove it to be manufacturing error then maybe 8.5 .
