  1. You really were considering it? Just because of the variants?
  2. +1 on everything except for the love. I did enjoy it though and I am awaiting the next one!
  3. They had him doing Haunt But that ended 4 issues ago, I think.
  4. Notice the April date on the following article and the July 21st release date: http://www.cosmicbooknews.com/news/iatht75/ Well, that is part of Image's problem, I think. It wasn't that long ago when I saw the Oct 20th release date and then when I looked at the schedule again, it had changed. Why put out a Nov 3 date when they won't even be able to make that? http://www.imagecomics.com/schedule.php?d=20101103 Ottley shouldn't be doing two books. He had enough difficulties doing one book on time. No slight against him. I love his art on this title but he isn't the fastest guy. The first issue we received this year was #70 and if what you say is true, we most likely won't have another issue out this year. That is 5 issues in one year. To me that is unacceptable. I am someone who would wait for the good stuff but I am someone who hates being jerked around too. By the way, what other book is he doing?
  5. This title is killing me. Anyone know why so many delays? 75 was supposed to be out in July! Last week I heard it would be out Oct 20 and now I hear it isn't coming out until Nov 3rd. Great title but so many delays will hurt sales.
  6. If 9.8s are currently selling at $1,000 then I would say a fair price for a 9.9 would be $1,750. But they aren't being sold that high yet, are they? I know the sig series has gone for $1250 but the regular 9.8's are still stuck around $550. The GPA high is $700 in the last 12 months. I would say $1750 is too low. Too high for me but too low for the market.
  7. There will be a lot bigger changes. Not sure I like some of the changes but I will keep an open mind... or will try to!
  8. I felt it has been fading but I have high hopes for the upcoming issues. It might be hard for Kirkman to replicate the genius of the earlier issues but I will give him the benefit of the doubt for a while.
  9. TWD will be around for a while. Kirkman has said he has ideas for many more issues and as long as sales stay strong, he's gonna deliver them.
  10. Go to the Image Forums. They actually discuss the individual issues there. You'll get some good info. Also, try google searching. I found this for issue 73 http://comics.ign.com/articles/109/1099478p1.html Google: Walking Dead 74 review and so on. (thumbs u
  11. Posting another page from Walking Dead. Don't click unless you want a really big spoiler (well, from issue 48 )! http://cafurl.com?i=15662 Always looking for Preacher and Walking Dead pieces...
  12. There was a drought and I am seeing clouds in the sky now!

  14. It is too hard to be completely spoiler free sometimes. That's why I never read up on a thread until I am caught up with the series.
  15. Got a couple of Preacher pages in http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=673991&GSub=75193 http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=673987&GSub=75193 (not quite "work safe") and a Walking Dead: http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=673982&GSub=99179 Had them both for a couple of months or so but getting around to posting them just now.
  16. on ebay, they are currently at Buy It Now for 120-140. If you auction them off, they go for 80-100.
