Mechanical error submissions are processed separately and must be shipped separately. This will not cost you any extra shipping fees. When creating your mechanical error order, if you are a US customer, choose prepaid shipping. This will provide a shipping label, but you will not be charged the shipping fees. If you are an international customer, customer choose the option to ship yourself and reach out to us for a prepaid international shipping label. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Hello @Le Chat Noir, While an artist may post a single or even a few examples of their completed sketches, the entire batch of sketches and signings must be completed before we can begin processing the submissions. If would like to check if a signing event has been updated with a completion date by the Signature Series team. This is the date we will use to estimate the 6 or 8 week turnaround time. Because of the clarity of the material used to construct the holders, minor scuffs and small stress fractures at the seams of a holder may occur and do not compromise the holder's integrity. Obvious or distracting scuffs or cracks are eligible for complimentary reholder within 14 days of receiving the graded book from CGC. Because you purchased the book as a third party, most likely the book is no longer eligible for a complimentary reholder. If you would like to resubmit the book for a paid reholder, the fee is $20 for books valued up to $1,000, and $50 for anything valued above $1,000.  A paid membership is required to submit reholder service, however, as a courtesy I can upgrade your membership to the Associate level free of charge. Please let me know if you are interested and I will collect the necessary information via direct message. The blemishes pictured are considered minor, and we cannot guarantee that submitting the book for reholder would not result in some small stress lines at the seams holder. Please note that the grade assigned to the book should not change unless any damage occurred post-encapsulation, in which case the grade will be adjusted accordingly. To qualify, the book must still be encapsulated in its original CGC holder. Regarding the movement of the book, it is normal for there to be some movement, and when handled and stored with care, this movement will not result in any damage to the book. Only blue label Gem Mint 9.5 cards were eligible for an update to Gem Mint 10. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Yes, you can submit your graded Signature Series book to us for CCS pressing and grading, and your book will retain its Signature Series Certification. Pressing may reduce or eliminate defects that are common when a book is subjected to the additional handling that occurs during signing. However, please keep in mind that we do not guarantee that your book will receive a higher grade after pressing. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

If you would like your book to have the most up to date pedigree label, you can submit it for reholder. The fee is $20 for books valued up to $1,000, and $50 for anything valued above $1,000.  Please note that the grade assigned to the book should not change unless any damage occurred post-encapsulation, in which case the grade will be adjusted accordingly. The grading team advised that we have not graded a printer's proof before and the item would need to be evaluated in hand to determine if it is eligible for grading. The dealer/facilitator is acting as an agent to submit your submission, and the order is placed on the dealer/facilitator's account. In some cases, a dealer may accept paperwork with your account number. If this is the case, the submission will be placed on your account and trackable on your account.   22. Hello @Russell Herman, Thank you for reaching out to us. Sketched or signed cards are only eligible for grading if they are pack-pulled. We do not currently grade cards that have been signed or sketched in-person or after opening the pack. If your cards are pack-pulled sketched cards and are not listed in the drop-down field to add a card on the submission form, you can click the "I can't find my card" link to enter your cards' information manually. During the intake process, our receiving team conducts an inventory of your submission and other administrative tasks necessary to process your submission. When the intake process is complete, your submissions will appear on the online submission tracking page, and payment will be processed shortly after. One way to see any unpaid submissions is to use the "update credit card" tool. Unpaid submissions will be listed here, but paid submissions will not: https://www.cgccomics.com/account/my-submissions/update-payment/.
