Onsite grading is not available at our facilities. We do not have Certified Collectibles Group Offices in Los Angeles. However, you may be able to find a local dealer here: https://www.cgccards.com/trading-card-dealer-locator/. The dealer will facilitate your submission and the shipping of your cards to the Sarasota office. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

There is no additional fee for grading error cards. On the submission form, you can list the card name that is most prominent on the card. Unfortunately, I do not have any information regarding our current packing material supplier(s), and this specific size may be custom-ordered for our packing needs. Several online retailers offer corrugated cardboard dividers in sheets that can be ordered in precut sizes or ordered custom. I am sorry that I cannot provide more information in this regard.   10. Hello @Matman85, Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe the book you are referring to is an Image Comics Ice Cream Man with the homage to the Dr. Seuss cover. The book is a comic and eligible for grading. If I identified this incorrectly, please reply with a photo of the book you have seen and I will look into it for you.   14. Hello @Get Marwood & I, I have received confirmation that as long as the adhered item (sticker, transfer, etc). is flat it can be submitted as is and will be slabbed with the time attached. Please note that there may always be individual situations when the grading team may need to make an exception to this general guideline in order to encapsulate the book safely. Since you submitted these books at the show, they are most likely associated with the facilitator's account and the submission will not appear under your online tracking. As long as you are listed as the recipient of the submission, we can look up the status for you. We would just need the order number. If you do not have the order number or the facilitator is handling the final delivery of the books (indicating that your information is not listed on the submission), then you will need to reach out to the dealer for status updates. I have reviewed your original packing slip and you submitted this book without the printing error variant and this was updated by the grading team during the grading process. The system notes for this variant indicate pages 24 and 25 (ad pages) are printed without color. If you feel this variant may have been chosen in error, I can have the grading team pull the book and take a second look. I will follow up with their reply via email.   24. Hello @onlyweaknesskryptonite. Thank you for reaching out to us. Currently, CGC Cards accepts cards sized 2-5/8” x 3-3/4” (6.6cm x 9.5cm) or smaller. Cards may be up to 7.25mm thick. While we have launched holders for thicker cards, we have not yet launched holders for the tall boy cards. Att his time, I do not have an ETA for the implementation of holders for these taller cards. if you have any other questions, please let us know.
  25. Hello @1980sMoshPit, Thank you for reaching out to us. There are two possibilities. It is possible that CGC Cards no longer grades these cards, sometimes a card may become ineligible for grading for a variety of reasons. The other possibility is that the cards were not safe to encapsulate. Differences in manufacturing can result in small differences, and even a millimeter or two over the maximum size we can accommodate will make the cards unsafe to encapsulate.
