  2. Hello @Sebastsk8, Thank you for reaching out to us. The CGC Comics Guide indicates that a missing coupon or panel would result in a possible grade range of 0.5 to 6.0. However, inserts that were not present for the entire run of the printing, like Mark Jewelers inserts, do not factor into the grade and would not result in a Qualified label. Any issue with the insert would be noted not the label. Please note that Universal labels cannot be requested. The Universal label is provided at the discretion of the grading team. If your submission arrives past the signing event deadline, our Signature Series team will reach out to you to determine how you would like your book(s) processed. This usually will include the option to grade your book(s) with a Universal Blue label or have the book(s) sent back raw and ungraded. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
  5. Hello @KianW, Thank you for reaching out to us. This card holder appears to still be sealed so it should be eligible for submission for reholder service. The card would only need to be resubmitted for grading if the holder's seal was broken to the extent that the card can be removed from the holder. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

  7. Hello @Gabriel Zambrano, My apologies. I check for a Comics submission, not a cards submission. Order CGC0904017334 (submission 140107094) is in process and scheduled for grading. The current turnaround time for a Bulk tier submission is 40 business days. We are still within this timeframe and the cards are processing normally. The submission should move to the grading desk soon. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

The intake process can take some time. The current estimated turnaround time for Economy submissions is 20 business days or approximately 4 weeks (approximately five weeks for December submissions considering the recent holidays). These estimates are not guaranteed but we do our best to complete submissions within these timeframes. I see we have one 15 card submission that is in the system and these cards should be verified soon and scheduled for grading soon. I do not see your second submission in the system yet, but once it completes the intake process it will be entered into the system and trackable online here: https://www.cgccards.com/account/my-submissions/tracking/ Our grading team provides us with updates on the turnaround time regularly and currently has not extended or shortened their estimate for the Economy tier. Generally, you should be notified by email, however, your order was placed shortly after our new system was implemented and we did have some issues with automated system notifications. We are working with suppliers and our third-party fulfillment center to restock shipping kits, however, I do not have an ETA for when these kits will be available. You are not required to use a CCG shipping kit for your submissions. The primary requirement for submission is that your books be bagged, boarded, and packed in the order they appear on your packing slip. Other than that, simply ensure that they are packed safely and securely for shipment.     Hello @Kin3, I am happy to clarify. When filling out your submission form, you will provide the FedEx Location as your shipping address. You do not need to enter "hold for pickup," just include your name followed by the FedEx location type (FedEx Office, FedEx Onsite, etc.) and the FedEx location address. For example, if the FedEx location address is a Walgreens at 123 Main St, Anytown, FL 12345, you would enter the address as: Customer Name FedEx Onsite - Walgreens 123 Main St. Anytown, FL 12345 Please ensure that the FedEx location you choose will hold FedEx Ground packages.     Hello @Alan Thomas, Thank you for reaching out. Payment is due at the time of submission, but we will not process payment until the items have been received and have completed the intake process. The intake process includes a review of the submission inventory and allows us to make necessary adjustments to the submission and submission fees should there be any item count discrepancy or submission errors. In most cases, payment is processed within a week or two of delivery. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately, we cannot process payment before the intake process is complete and the submission is in our system. If you would like funds removed from your account immediately, one option is to pay by money order. If you need to add or change a credit or debit card on file, you can do so here: https://www.cgccomics.com/account/my-submissions/update-payment/. We would not be able to make any grade evaluations or estimates without reviewing the card in hand.   22. Hello @comxdlr, Thank you for reaching out. The card may be considered a "pack-pulled" card since it was distributed signed. If you would like to share an image of the card, I can see if the graders can confirm if the card is eligible for submission. Please note that an in-hand evaluation will still be required for a final determination. The card also must be officially licensed and meet our holder size restrictions. Currently, CGC Cards accepts cards sized 2-5/8” x 3-3/4” (6.6cm x 9.5cm) or smaller. Cards may be up to 7.25mm thick. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
