  1. When I met Richard last summer in Chicago, he mentioned board envy. This qualifies.
  2. It's certainly there now -- and highlighted in yellow. I'm positive it wasn't there before. The book was relisted a couple of days ago after first being listed a month or so ago. I'll speculate that they received it back after the buyer spotted the glue. Either that or I'm going blind! Definitely Possibly both. (thumbs u Fixed! Makes two of us! Well when you both go blind sell me your comics, because you won't be needing them.
  3. You are over-looking it. This is copied and pasted from the ad. Grade: VG+ 4.5 Cover attached with glue at bottom staple.
  4. That listing has been up for awhile. Thankfully most ebayers seasoned enough to be interested in books like this read the entire listing.
  5. We must remember our roots.
  6. We owe our moms and grandmoms everything, at least I do. I'm still pissed my mom threw out my Marvel comics collection... But I love her anyway, she fostered my love of music. My mom never threw out my comics. She threatened to if I didn't come by and take them away, since she was renting out my old room. R.I.P. Mom
  7. We owe our moms and grandmoms everything, at least I do.
  8. Thanks for the background. The profit sharing with creators was quite a giant leap for S&K and I wonder why this wasn't implemented in their other deals, with other creators, specifically all the work Kirby did with Marvel. They needed a good agent.
  9. Great book, but I'm sure we're looking at Whitman.
  10. Yes, Andrew Loomis "Figure Drawing For All Its Worth". Recently reprinted. I recommend it to all my students.
  11. You will never convince me that cover is by Baker.
  12. There was a previous TR 41 5.5. Sold at a Cc auction a few years ago. Unfortunately not to me.
  13. Nice looking copy! Congrats! Very nice. One of the ones that elude me.
  14. OK I hear you, makes sense. But... So here I am again, harping on the grading. Since I asked you the last time about cgc in general, now, what do you think. On the face of it, does that fc say 8.0 to you? WHATTA YA HEAR GUYS - You know it's hard out here for a slab pimp When he tryin' to get this money for the rent For the Cadillacs and gas money spent Because a whole lot of boardies talkin' zhit It looks nicer than 8.0 on the surface. But CLink scans are hard to read and we can't see the bc. I showed you my Planet 71 and I think you agreed. I was robbed.
  15. One of the more common issues. Premiums are still paid for the rarer copies, I think.
  16. I have the master list of just the Atlas horror. With my grades.
