  1. My strategy is to have no rhyme or reason & just buy what I like
  2. Flip through OAAW 99 if you got one.
  3. BS. He knows exactly what he's doing. Go to a convention and watch him operate his way through Artist's Alley. I watched him at Muchin's booth once. It was epic! I allowed the first one to pass, and you actually quoted it again and added yet another foolish comment, now with you laughing at someone with a mental handicap. Do you find it funny when someone must make the difficult journey through life with the inability to function in a manner that fits into your small small perception of what life is? Do you find it funny to see someone ,who may not understand all the nuances of social interaction, yet attempts to fit in on a board filled with pathetic individuals such as yourself? Do you find it funny to mock and offend every other member on these boards who themselves may suffer from a disability, or have a loved one who does? Do you think that your flippant attitude towards the hardship of others, boiled down to an emoticon, makes you any better? Do you think that maybe you should think before posting? *sigh* You do realize Trey Cannon is not handicapped? I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but you'll have to find another cause to get so smugly self-righteous about. But the name calling is a nice touch. I find it interesting that none of his righteous indignation was to be found in a thread where people were openly mocking a boardie who actually is mentally challenged Where was that?

  5. Sorry, I knew about the 107. I was asking about a 100.

  7. I think Arch should just give Trey a custom title to the effect of: "This person is mentally handicapped. Deal with him at your own risk." ... and leave it at that. Being upset at Trey for violating rules is like getting mad at your new puppy for wizzing on the floor. He isn't capable of understanding that he's doing wrong.
  8. Kid Colt #100 was real tuff....Till I had one...then I saw a bunch of them turn up...And I always had in my mind that they were tuff...So I would always bid on them..I think I have 3 copies now. (All rags) Same thing with Two Gun Kid #60...I always low ball on those too. But since I have been looking I dont see TGW #58 being sold at all. Have you seen a nice KC 100? I think MarkWoodcock has posted one, but I don't recall seeing another in nicer than VG or so ever. Mine is a VG or VG+. I've seen a couple of REAL nice Rawhide Kid 22s, a couple of 8.0ish TGK 58s, and a few KC 107s in 7.5 or better. There might have been a 7.5 on CLINK a while back, but I can't recall with certainty.
  9. I've been following them for 15 years or so. I've seen more TGK 58s than Kid Colt 100 or 107s. RK 22 was impossible for a while, but has popped up with more frequency over the past 5 years.
  10. how is that possible? once they crack open the case to look at the pages how can they just stick it back under the old grade if they don't think it's that grade anymore? comic could have been damaged since slabbing, damaged when the slab was opened, damaged when they did the PQ check, etc. I don't know. Ask CGC..
  11. It is a great cover. Never noticed that one before.
  12. Ted's copy had a 1.5 inch or so clean split at the bottom spine. Otherwise very sharp.
  13. Yeah, I can't believe 93 is up there. Not sure why, it's a great one!
