  1. 3000 doh!

I gotta go outside. I just got a new ac unit so it's become increasingly hard to go outdoors. Maybe walk the puppy hm

Don't over work the pup in this heat. (thumbs u

Funny thing too. I've never owned an ac unit before and my wife demanded I buy one for the dogs sake lol Spoiled, Spoiled pup

  2. I have met him afew times......

He is pretty covert about the books he has...

He just has some pretty good stories.

I am sure he gets the traffic at that location to allow himself to be discreet about those big books ...

The foot traffic that store takes in is crazy. If it was located somewhere else their sales would probably be way down. I wonder if Greggy has seen the goods hm

What brings you to Van besides Steamworks ?

  4. Does he sell on Ebay?

He used to, a lot - the IRS identified him as a PowerSeller and he opened up a second ebay account, but mailed a package with his exact same address to an acquaintance of mine, who tipped me off.

Here is my personal experience: I used to consider Dave Anderson a friend - I would call him every year after San Diego to provide a report and even rec'd an invite to view the books at his bank vault, so I flew across country to do so. I spent a lot of money with him, and still have the checks from the transactions.

But then I suddenly learned how he had been cheating me - and so many others - for many, many years by not disclosing restoration (this included restored Mile Highs bought on the cheap and then peddled for more multiples without any disclosure. For example, Mile High Green Lantern #1 anyone?).

Now we know how 'The Dentist' acquired the very best comic books in the world - on the backs of his many victims.

So he's a comic book villain?
    :roflmao:
  5. I dont have any problems from Dave the Dentist. I have bought many things from him but I always keep it about business. I dont ever try to be friends with him. He sells a lot of top quality stuff, stuff that you cant find anywhere else.

Tip of the Month - you might want to get those books examined for undisclosed restoration. :gossip:

now that is a good tip lol
