  1. The question is, if the package does not resurface, what will happen then? We know it arrived in Memphis, we also know there has been no evidence since of it ever leaving their Memphis hub. If their "final search" turns up nothing, how can they stop searching? If it got on a plane headed elsewhere, with no documentation of such an occurance, isn't the burden of proof on FedEx to prove it's no longer in Memphis? Because if they can't do that, the only thing we can PROVE is that it entered their Memphis hub, meaning it's either still there (hence, how can they stop searching?) or it was stolen. Either answer is unacceptable. Or it was misdelivered without properly being scanned. Or it was destroyed via conveyer system and unable to account for label info ...or the label did come off and an employee didn't properly locate it or register it , or it really is lost or got stuck to another delivered parcel or maybe stolen etc etc. really no way to know There are a lot of possibilities and without insurance the bottom line is not good news for you. Still hoping it shows up
  2. Even if Cgc listed 4K it doesn't matter if insurance was not purchased. And even then I believe max insurance Fedex will provide on collectibles is $1000 unfortunately if parcel goes lost I'm afraid you are only going to be entitled to $100
  3. ive been paying around 2k a point for low to mid. Sold a higher grade at more than 4K a point wow! im really off. thought it was 1k a point for low to mid amd 1.5k for higher grade! would you conside a 5.5 mid or higher? this issue is tough in above 6.0 its about as mid as it gets
  4. And then there was 1... That's right. Star comics 2/4 was one of the last 2 I needed Big thanks to Steve (sacentaur) for not only selling this gem to me , but at an extremely favorable price. Sdcc is a success no matter what happens from here! Last one needed...star ranger funnies 2/1

  12. ive had 6-8 copies of Catman 28, terrific 5, pep 34 Once had 24 copies of superman 14 at one time. All of which I sell and buy more But to the best of my memory I've never sold a whiz 22....ever....gave one to a 12 year old kid at Tampa con last year but it's the one book I never sell....only buy
  13. not much sales data to cull from, but I suspect non entry level seems to be about 10-12K depending Rick, Can you clarify this for me? Are you saying, let's say, a 3.0 would be likely to go for as high as 30 - 35K at this point ? FISH in the current climate yes it is certainly possible
  14. no booth per se. will have a couple dozen books at the Bunky brothers booth and some books at the filter81 booth
  15. For me it's the fact that they just used a Superman stat to do the covers and there's nothing really original about superman himself The concepts wonderful the execution in my opinion was poor. Course it was 1939 so what do I know
