Didn't know that you was missing the Funny Picture Stories on the left. Never really thought it was that hard to get relative to other Centaurs since I had picked one up from Harley several years ago. Hope you find your last 2 to finish up your Centaur collection. I actually had 2 copies of FPS 2/5 about 5 years ago...sold both to boardies when I sold off most of my first attempt... Rick, what do you plan to do once the quest is over ? upgrade

I looked and couldn't see the tape on the cover - can you please let me know where it is? 3 big pieces on back cover ,over what appears to be about 3 diff 2-3" tears

Rick, is that #2 the same one you've had twice before, or is this a different copy? same one. Only one I've ever seen in the wild....fortunate enough to re-acquire

I believe That book was already pressed so unlikely spending money to press again and cost to regrade would change the results...smart play is to leave as is and enjoy

and yet, I only stock AF 15 with no MC, and I get the same $'s, grade for grade (5.0 and below only so far) for both This may be true on an anecdotal basis, but it hasn't borne out in public auctions, not even this one, where there were like-graded copies of each offered up at the same time. And the 7.0 SC 4 that sold is even further off from even the weakest AF 15 sale in grade. -J. there's separation above 5.0 (as stated ) but auctions only represent a fraction of sales. There's nothing anecdotal about actual realized sales

More than one cgc 4.5 has sold 18k+ in last year I would have been a buyer higher than auction ended but missed argh!

im sure these sudden comic loving folks with 20 million didn't get there being loose with the pocket book. They are generally successful folks that understand due diligence. A little effort would result in a better copy for that kind of coin

What grade is your personal copy if you don't mind me asking? Anyway you can check into that sale of the CGC 7.5 at 110 000$ and confirm it or deny it.....you seem to have all the proper contacts? I just picked up a 7.5 for less than 70K for a customer...so I "doubt" it is a real sale... R, I texted the guy and got the same story. Could be real. The 9.0 Spidey 1 he has sure is pretty. well, there is a sucker born every day, so who knows
