    Special Marvel Edition 15 - interesting how after the movie announcement at the beginning of December and that initial flurry of buying it seems that there are no 9.8 copies available on eBay since then, and just one 9.6 (mis-listed as issue 5) priced at $1,000. Where are all the nose bleed or pie-in-the-sky prices to tempt people for this common to the point of people claiming it's a warehouse find book?

    Found an estate sale today that had a bunch of comics. He said $5 a book, no negotiations. I looked through three long boxes and three short boxes and found...NOTHING that was even worth $5 to me, let alone the kind of items I would shell out $5 each for at a house sale! After I finish looking and not buying, he let me look through the "better" books in the kitchen, another short box full of comics. No, I would not like to pay $35 for your Jimmy Olsen 135 in G/VG, nor do I wish to buy any of your 15 and 20 cent random VG and lower Daredevil issues for $15 each and up. Thanks though! Best of luck with the sale!

    You take the good with the bad in this hobby... Tag sale advertised for Sunday morning, advertising hundreds of Silver Age comics, including [the ad listed lots of comics], see the photos! Alright! Game on! So, I call the company running the sale on Saturday and was told that a sign up sheet would be available starting at 6 p.m. Great! Drive 35 minutes each way to the house where the sale will be, sign up as number 5 on the list. Great! Drive back to the sale Sunday morning. What's going on? Why are people driving away already? Oh, there's my friend Rob. Hi Rob, what's going on? Bill, they sold them already! What do you mean, the sale isn't scheduled to open yet. Yes, but they're gone. The guy running the sale came out and asked if anyone wanted to buy them all. Someone did, for $4,000. Ummm...

    Congrats! That's pretty amazing Thanks! They just posted shipped/safe and to my surprise there is a notation on the Omega Men - name written in marker on first page. I didn't notice it when I submitted it.

    From the same seller, the Punisher 1 and 2 in this pic also got 9.8s, and the Omega Men 3 is a 9.8 as well! I'll have to wait a couple more months for the Special Marvel Edition 15 on Value track slowboat.

    Holy smokes, what nice books this guy has! Unfortunately out of my price range, but I did pick out a nice Punisher limited series 1 that should grade out nicely. Just got my grades back on a recent batch and the Punisher LS 1 came back a 9.8! I love comic hunting in the wild!!
