Got this raw about 17-18 years ago

My last year at FSU, the LCS was going out of business and having a 60% off sale and i bought all 13 or however many variants they were. For the life of me, i dont have a clue what box i have them in but im sure none of them are 9.9's. Maybe some 9.6's or if i was lucky a 9.8 or 2. I'm pretty sure those are the only Gen13's i have.

Yeah, i completely forgot about it! I put in a decent bid earlier but nothing close to what i thought it would go for and was planning on bidding in the last minute. I had to run out and completely forgot, didnt even look at it on my phone while i was out. I definitely would have went at least a few hundred more than what it went for! That book was a freaking beauty and im a HUGE Ant-Man fan so i really would have liked to have snagged that baby. He also had a 37 that went pretty cheap also i think but i wasnt planning on going after that one. I LOVE the cover to the 38 and that looked like a REALLY nice copy for a 9.2. SOOOOO bummed right now!

Wow! That is a lot of HG copies in the census. Thats pretty surprising. I would have guessed it would be about half of those numbers based on how often you see them in the auctions. I dont follow ASM as closely in the auctions as i do Avengers and X-men but from say 60-100, i would have guessed that was one of the rarer issues in HG since i barely ever seem to see them in the auctions.

Thats a DAMN nice copy you got there LOKI! (thumbs u I dont know what the census says but thats an issue you rarely see in any grader much less HG. CONGRATS!

Nice, both look very good for the grade (thumbs u Dont worry about only having 6 before you know it, you'll be almost there. You have a couple things working in your favor BIG TIME by collecting 7.0's and such. 1st the cost will be MUCH more reasonable and they will be much easier to find than if you were trying to find ultra HG copies. Keep at it and next thing you know, you'll only need a few issues and will really have to hunt to find them. Great start so far

Bronze age, Heres 1 more for ya that i got today! Without question the greatest, most awesome, complete BADASS villain in the Marvel Universe!! All kneel before the might of ULTRON!!! I freaking LOVE this statue! Without question my alltime favorite villain and im still waiting for someone to explain to me how in gods name he isnt EVERYONES favorite villain?!? And just for a size comparison, here he is next to the small Black Knight bust i got a few weeks ago.

Thanks! Yeah, for the most part Avengers can be had for under GPA if not alltime GPA lows but there are still the various semi-key/semi-rare issues that command over GPA. The 71 still seems to be semi-key enough to get over GPA most of the time. Anywho, heres 1 last book that was sitting on my doorstep today courtesy of namisgr My Avengers run is finally becoming respectable other than the fact that i dont have ANY of the 1st 16 issues. From 17-184 though, i'm starting to look pretty good!

Thank you! A little miswrap but not enough to bother me. I've missed out on 3 or 4 in the last few auctions with them going to high for me. This seems to be one of the few Avengers that still gets over GPA but I finally found one that went below GPA.
