  1. I'm at the cottage right now and don't have access to my early Overstreets. There is no way that $25 was the case for AF #15 in 1964. Maybe double its value at 25 cents. But then hen again I could be reasoning just as wrongly as you are remembering Jim
  2. Okay...looks like one NTT #44 and one Firestorm #24 is all that's left folks. Jim
  3. OO Candian Price Variants (CPV's) of DC keys For Sale For sale, original owner Canadian Price Variants. All are NM and higher, OW-W and higher. Almost untouched as a matter of fact. They are amazing and a thing to behold in person. I can ship up to 4 for $6.20 vis USPS Priority mail. Canada will be exact cost. 5. Although destined for the marketplace in the near future, I must thank FrankCastle for pointing them out to me in Niagara Falls.
  6. Both of my two 9.9's I got when I submitted multiple copies of the same issue, so I'm a proponent of it. Jim
  7. What the hell is a Rancho Obi-Wan???
  8. People will be looking to do that with AF #15's real soon, never mind moderns. Jim
  9. It probably doesn't help either that wrong information is being sent to GPA in regards to sales figures. i just learned today without a shadow of a doubt that a recent sale of an AF #15 is now reflected on GPA at a sale price, higher than what was actually paid. I'm not sure what the end game is, but there is at least one example of it. Hopefully just an isolated incident. Jim
  10. Nothing says fine dining more than a trip to Hooters JJ
  11. They were set up last year to takes submissions back to Florida with them, so I'm sure they will be back. Jim
  12. Why do you argue, when you know what is going on? Jim
  13. He texts me every time the Blue Devils lose, and the Tarheels win. This year he texted me a lot Jim
  14. They have to be graded don't they? I mean he is quoting GPA.
  15. Went today...now I know why there was very little talk. Glad I got to see Austin and Alex again, a couple of my favourites. Jim
  16. I was thinking the same thing myself. Went to Motor City yesterday with our own Iceman, and then Nickel City today. I felt so sorry for Austin and Alex today at Reece Comics. A million dollar inventory, and the place was a ghost town for anybody looking for collectors comics. Jim
  17. Any updates/reports how this show was today? Jim
  18. But does the Submission Centre work...that's the more important question? Jim
  19. It's so funny that we finally convinced you guys that a litre is a superior form of measurement but we couldn't convince you how to spell it properly. Jim
  20. Absolutely...and no one is disputing this and has been the case since the mid 1970's...but what people want to know is why in 2017 has this doubled? Why has it doubled in a five month period in 2017 when it hasn't since 1962??? That's the million dollar answer. Jim
