There is a spider-verse crossover. It introduced spider-gwen. Nothing at all like the movie, except it was an excuse to have a million different spider people (but it's a fun read IMO)

I thought it was pretty good. But I also felt like it wasn't full throttle, like someone was holding it back all season instead of letting it run full steam. I also agree with a lot of stuff being telegraphed. With all those negatives though, I still thought it was good, 2nd half of the show was much better than the 1st. Although the sub title of the show should be: emo X-Men 7/10

I think readers vs collectors is also an interesting question. With the advent of digital comics, I think readership is nearly impossible to figure out. I know, I don't plan on buying another physical comic any time soon. At most, I may buy a trade here and there. But it's so nice to just be able to grab my tablet and read exactly what I want.

I had found some info out about my requests and he got right back to me about my questions / comments. He also re-iterated to me that he's got a ton of requests but would confirm once he pulled my orders. So, worry not, this happens every year, it takes a while.

Watched the 1st episode last night, it was a big lul in the middle, like they didn't know how to move the story forward and did stuff that took up time.

I'm pretty sure that FedEx drives have been given stealth suits. My last CGC delivery a package magically showed up at my front door. My Ring Doorbell never saw them, they didn't ring the bell for a sig (someone was home). Checked the site and it was just a diagonal line as a signature across the pad. Next week i should have another delivery, wonder what we'll see.

I don't remember where I read it, but if my memory serves it was one of those eBay (and paypal as an extension of the company at that point) 1/4 investor meetings. Something was said to the affect of: "we will never take an action against a customer that would cause them to no longer buy on ebay". At the end of the day, eBay believes the sellers will always be there, as long as they have the buyers. I have just accepted that reality, and never sell anything I'm not willing to take a 100% loss on.

I get putting it all behind you and the exhaustion of a battle like this. But I think removing his name and handles (from Instagram and eBay) are really giving him a free pass. But in general, there's a lesson here that we really should vet the people we sell to, I know I've sent art all over the world to people I've never heard of (or heard from again).

Glad this is ending with the right result! I'm sure it was under a stack of prints and he didn't realize.

For what it's worth this exact thing happened to me. I was in the process of buying a home. In the inspection process found out the siding was not stucco, but manufactured stucco (eifs), and there was undisclosed leaks that caused the frame of the house to be damaged. Requested money to replace the siding and the damage, seller refused to give me the money I "returned" the house.

Finished it last night. DD3 and Punisher 2 were the 2 best complete seasons. With something happening that mattered throughout. But I agree with others that season 1 had higher high spots.

I think this is so flawed. Artists are not unique. A Lawyer, Doctor, Scientist, heck any specialized professional that's spent years and years honing their skills has the same ability, yet is expected to also deliver on an hourly rate.

Have you called them? that usually is a better conduit than their online forms when it's not a simple situation.

It showed up on Netflix this week. It wasn't bad. It wasn't good. It was... meh. No big twists, no great plot, the best parts of the movie were the secondary characters. The dad from Fresh off the Boat and Michael Pena were the best parts of the movie.

Not to mention holding on to Lotus, keeping the ask at 6.5, inflates the prices of all his other holdings. Keep the best with a crazy high price, step down the ladder to other cards keep their inflated prices and they will now seem "cheap" compared to lotus. This isn't someone who's holding 1 piece of art, and has any need of money at the moment.
