  1. Came here to post this. Marvel Fanfare 8, the Man-Thing cover. Very touching backup story indeed.
  2. I can't get the photo to load directly while posting from my phone!!!!!
  3. Here you go. Anyone else have/seen a copy? http://s2.photobucket.com/user/davidpg/media/66337CB3-F0E1-4327-A82A-31B596AC6DBF_zpswwabmgob.jpg.html
  4. I don't remember if I posted this pic here before (even though I'm the creator of this thread ). Here are some of mine:
  5. If I'm not mistaken, my copy of Blip 1 (that I bought off the stands) is a Canadian price copy with barcode of course. I've been trying to find a pic...I'll take on e and post it Wednesday!
  6. Okay, trying to set the forums top have more than to posts per page, can't seem to find how. Also, how to get back to the forums when on the settings page.
  7. Love that book! 1st comic appearance of Mario and Donkey Kong?! What's not to like???...besides the cover? I believe my Blip 1 is a Canadian price variant copy. I'll try to dig up a pic!
  8. Fun going through this thread! I have a couple stacks of various early 50s war stuff, mostly Atlas. I know the more violent/gritty covers are always sought after...are there certain other books that are harder to find? You guys here are a wealth of knowledge and I'd appreciate nay help on the matter!
  9. Surprise addition to my collection this evening...compliments of a local used biok store:
  10. So...picked these up at my local used book store this evening:
  11. I checked my copy...it's a tall font with T&P. This copy was presumably sold and stayed here in Canada as I bought it from a local shop decades ago (if that info is of any interest). That's JIM 65 btw.
  12. Which issue is that one? There are a few Fat & Slat comics. This one (not my copy):
  13. I have a low grade copy of Fat and Slat Joke Book...one of Ian Levine 's stated hardest DC to find. This book was one of the few remaining on his list in the end.
  14. You know, I wouldn't be surprised if Arseface was actually sent to LA when being told to go to hell. That's how he'll come back, and come back as a rock star. Loved the show, as did the girlfriend. I read the whole series as it came out and reread last year. I really don't like Tulip, though I'll survive.
  15. I still absolutely love the whole Brood saga. I love them all actually up until 175...then the title seemed to have jumped the shark somewhat. I think I'll go read that run again before the end of summer!
  16. I was going through my books a few months ago and really realized I have the majority of all these variants...maybe this winter I'll pull them all out and do an official check.
