Not sure if it counts, but I went diving in a local old style record store. He's got random other stuff including old magazines and comics, mostly monster stuff. I picked up a decent copy of Where Monsters Dwell 6 (reprints the first Groot) for $5. It's a solid 6.5.

And I don't think it was Ras that killed Sara...her intonation when she spoke was all wrong. More chance it was actually Thea...maybe under mind control of Malcolm? Or something...

Watched it this morning. Terrible and inane. Why were all the people just standing ebbing barricades when there were massive firefights happening pretty much in front of them? Garfield was terrible as well...what a total hunk of .

Watched it this week...was good! Regarding the ending, her being outside and not dying and seeing the polar bear out and about just showed that the Earth was starting to heal itself and start warming up again. All other life was supposed to have died. What was the Asian guy telling her earlier? No subtitles for me...he seemed to be explaining to her something important he noticed about the outside world.

That really was awesome. As well, Friday night I went and pulled out my copies of UXM 141 and 142 as I hadn't read them is years. True that the nostalgia factor was great, though the story did seem much shorter and definitely rushed. Looking forward to this movie more and more.

I called it waaaay back that Ward is a triple agent. We'll see. I'm really surprised nobody noticed the neon sign for the motel shown in the background when Coulson and Skye were talking by the pool!

Might have to consider Fury forsaw this but had no proof. Put Ward in as an early possible double agent for when/if the poop eventually hit the fan. How his character can develop in that he knew he might have to kill good guys (maybe quite a few) and when it's revealed he's a triple agent, he'll have to deal with those consequences himself as well as the team around him. Maybe that's why Coulson is so freaked out about Fury, and why Fury went to such lengths to save his life...he might be the only person besides Ward who knows about all this Hydra stuff.

Do you remember the look that Coulson and Ward gave each other when Ward suggested he go along with bringing Paxton to The Fridge a couple episodes ago? All this is a play.

Train left the station around last Christmas. Had most of an online store inventory cleaned out by a sharp eyed man about that time. I'm surprised there's not another run up going on as he's been seen in all the trailers so far.
