  1. To keep up with the video game theme I picked up a N64 lot off craigslist. Both Zelda games, Starfox 64, Diddy Kong, 007 and a few others. Nothing incredibly, but a good value and since I've never played Majora's Mask I'm very pleased with it!
  2. That's a great score. I picked up a NES complete in the box off craigslist today for $30. Great find. I need to.get one of these.
  3. Not sure if people are video game collectors, but I snagged a ps1 lot off craigslist a couple days ago. Suikoden, Final Fantasy Tactics, Anthology, VII, IX, Lunar Silver Star Story Complete and Lunar 2 Eternal Blue Complete. Lunar 2 is the only one incomplete missing the book and medallion, but everything else is complete and all are in great condition.
  4. That's one hell of a collection to unload at a garage sale!
  5. Picked up a Transformers lot off craigslist. Haven't gone through it all or matched out the pieces yet. Pretty sure the Omega Supreme is complete. Prime might be missing a thing or two. Bunch I don't even know.
  6. Yeah, you win. Do you mind saying what that cost? Is it faded or is that the pic? Great find regardless.
  7. Not incredible, but picked up this Mego Batmobile. Neat toy, but incomplete. I don't think this is vintage at all, but my son will (eventually) get a kick out of it. Maybe it is... And this was a cool score off craigslist. GI Joe Mobile Command Center, a couple small vehicles and a dozen figures. The command center is missing a couple things, but has a ton of the smalls. The figure (Bulldozer?) is included, but his bands have snapped, so he's separated. There are some small breaks. One of the machine guns had its barrel broken. And one of the large panels had the peg break off. Fortunately, both broken pieces are there. Is that smart to "repair" with glue or is that like with comics where such things do more harm?
  8. Picked up a small board game lot off craigslist for $5. Main target was Battleground: Crossbows & Catapults. I played the original as a kid and have been looking for one for a while. Just didn't want to drop the $50-80 on this one nor the $60-100 on the classic version. Good find!
  9. Have him sign it on the back! The new buyer that is... someone take this thing!
  10. Yeah great pick up. I was on pm wither seller and got busy with work at the wrong moment.
  11. I am totally green to this but have been lurking and wanting to get on board. How about this page from Uncanny X-Men 211.. http://forum-img.pinside.com/pinball/forum/?bb_attachments=288721&bbat=31611&inline Aiming low...
  12. Great, thank you for the info.
  13. This might be the wrong place to inquire but I want to get an idea of the price I can expect to pay for a good-ish Four Color 29. There don't seem to be a ton of transactions to look at from what I have seen. Any help?
  14. Those were garage sale/flea market type finds? Awesome cell. Great buy!
  15. Paid 40. There were those few plus a bunch of the emce versions. 12 dc or so and 8-10 star trek and an ape. I sold 2 and covered the lot so no big deal. Hulk really should be naked. How can banners pants stay on anyway?
  16. Hulk stuffed doll is obviously beat and missing stuff, but it was neat.
  17. Going to take some research to figure out what is legitimate and what is repro. I intend to keep some and don't care for my own purposes but want to accurately detail them when I post them for sale. I am into the lot for cheap and even repro items won't hurt me any A shame about the fett. There are no shortcuts. Sell what you have not what you wish you had...
  18. Picked up a lot of Megos a while back. Mostly the EMCE remakes of the DC and Star Trek lines. There were a couple originals and a couple I am not sure about. I've gone to Mego Museum, but it's hard for me to differentiate between the minor variations in models and look for repro parts. These two are both marked '74, but the plastic is stamped www.castawaytoys.com. The bubble is new and I'm guessing the card was reproduced. Re-packaging an original (w/ repo parts?) by the company?
  19. How early do you guys arrive? Let's say setup starts at 6am and gates are supposed to open at 9am. Any flea market/garage sale regrets? Yesterday I passed up on this: for pretty cheap. Not some super valuable rarity, but pretty cool. To be fair had the kids in tow and they were tired and starting to go crazy. Still..
  20. "No sir, I will not take $100 for the box. Instead pick it clean so I am left with books I cannot sell. Good day."
  21. Nothing too amazing, but picked up a dozen or so old Nintendo Power issues off Craigslist. Pretty fun to look through.
  22. Nothing big, but got X-Men 266 for a buck. Only F or so. For a buck though? I'm ok with that.
