  1. I got really lucky on those, but yeah, the prices are insane. Well, if you see a good priced pair, give me a whistle! (thumbs u PM sent.

  3. I also just found out that Dynamite and Dynamic Forces have sold out of the #25 blank covers. Not sure about the #41 blanks, but look for prices to rise on the blanks from now on.
  4. Check out all these Red Sonja sketch covers listed by artist: http://redsonjasketchcovers.com/
  5. Did they put the COA in the case? If there's only 25 copies each of these it should be documented somewhere on the label or at least have the COA encapsulated. Don't you agree? Actually I didn't send it along; I didn't think they would include it. I'll keep that in mind for #75 if they print it. I think they will put the COA in, but you have to tell them to.

  7. Geez, the shipping is almost as much as I paid for the 9.8. I think my Pence copy is nicer, and it was only $12.00 with shipping. Didn't realize it was Phillipine Pesos. Yeah, with shipping that's about $6.00. Big difference
  8. Nice! Not cheap either. Are you going to get the #75 too?
  9. I had actually purchased the sole 9.8 Vol. 3 #3 Red Sonja from Torpedo Comics. Yes, the one owned by System of a Down’s drummer John Dolmayan that went out of business. After a month it never arrived, and PayPal refunded my money. I even tried to ask him if he still had it on his Facebook with no response. Here's a scan of it. If anyone knows where it is I would be very interested in it.
  10. Whoops - forgot to post this one from my collection the last time around. it's the John Romita Sr. original cover art to Red Sonja (Dynamite) #3 (Dynamic Forces Alternate Cover, 2005): I watched that auction for the Romita Sr. Red Sonja #3 on HA. I really thought it would go for much more. Nice grab. As for the other pieces, which I've viewed many times, your collection is beyond words. I really like the Mary Wilshire cover for Vol. 3 #3. Some amazing pieces.
  11. Could do without the writing, but definitely can't beat the price. Nice grab!
  12. Red Sonja Fan Club now on Facebook too. Check it out, and post away about some She-Devil goodness! https://www.facebook.com/RedSonjaFanClub
  13. Just found this. Red Sonja #1 Midtown Exclusive Nei Ruffino Virgin Ultra-Limited Cover. $50.00. Ouch!
  14. Have you ever bought from them, Randy? I was looking the site over, and found some interesting things, but it hasn't been updated since August 2010. Just wondering if they were still doing business.
  15. I'll let you know when it arrives. My Blackthorne Sheena 3-D came with them completely separate from the comic (blue and red lenses), but my 3-D Zone #16: Space Vixens has them attached at the staples inside the comic. Makes it very hard to find a decent copy of an already hard to find book because you almost destroy the spine trying to get the glasses out. Another one I've been trying to find is the Cherry #11 3-D, but again, finding a decent 1st print copy with glasses is almost impossible. If you couldn't tell, I love 3-D comics. Wish I could afford some of the Golden Age ones in high grade, but they're pretty rare. The ones that are out there are well read, and border on being rags. Imagine being a kid in the 50's, and getting a 3-D comic. Those things got passed around like a party favor.
  16. Just picked this up. Pretty hard to find, especially with the glasses.
  17. You grabbed it Crimebuster? Cool. Post a better pic when you get it, and let us know when it was printed. The date for this issue is December 11, 1974. It reprints both Conan #23 and #24 in their entirety, in color. The cover for #23 is not printed inside. The color is slightly wonky - Red Sonja's hair isn't really red in some panels, though the coloring seems to get better in that regard in the #24 portion of the issue. In addition to Conan #23 and #24, there's a totally random pre-hero Marvel horror story by Stan and Steve Ditko reprinted as well, though it is credited to Stan alone. The back cover also has an ad for an Italian version of Red Wolf, which I can only imagine how that went over. Very cool. Thanks for the info! So it's not a modern reprint then? Very interesting.
  18. mine is apparent that suscha one looks really good I bet its expensive and nice to hold Outrageously so. I'm sure you know where it's from. Not sure how they come up with their prices, but they're bordering on insanity.

  20. Okay Randy, what are your thoughts on this one?
  21. Did you grab that Italian Conan #24? That thing was sold minutes after I posted the link. It had like 3 views. Crazy!
  22. Check out this Italian cover swipe of Conan #24. http://www.ebay.com/itm/CONAN-43-Gli-Albi-Dei-Super-Ero-La-Canzone-Di-International-Edition-Milano-/300907212347?pt=US_International_Comics&hash=item460f77ae3b
  23. Pretty cool. Only ships to Spain though. It does say to inquire about Itnl. shipping at the bottom. Do you know when these were printed? Wish they would have provided individual scans instead of a pile of books. Looks like mostly Marvel Feature Vol. 2 covers, but I do see a Red Sonja #10 and #12 in there too. A bit pricey at 45 EUR starting bid, and who knows what shipping to N. America would cost. Especially when the condition is unknown.
